Funeral for Easedor Giedd in Lusk Fri.

Funeral services for Easedor Giedd, 66 of Las Vegas, Nev., were held in Lusk November 27 at the Peet Mortuary at 2:00 p.m. The Rev. Fred Bolinger of the First Baptist Church of Lusk officiated. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery. He died November 21 at Las Vegas.

Mrs. Ab DeCastro, organist, accompanied Miss Nancy Nagel as she sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "In the Garden."

Casket bearers were John Jassman, Chris Jassman, John Goddard, Robert Scott, Gaylord Anderson and Joe Klemke.

He was born February 10, 1904, near Lake Andes, S. D. He came to the Hat Creek community in 1916 where he lived on a ranch until 1950 when he moved to Las Vegas.

He married Callie Oliver in 1958 and she died in 1964.

Survivors include two brothers, Ferdinand of Cheyenne and Ben of Las Vegas; three sisters, Mrs. Duff Hollon, Lusk; Mrs. Marvin Dean, Desert Hot Springs, Calif.; Mrs. Ed Hesco, Hat Creek; many nieces and nephews.
