George H. Fernau

George H. Fernau, 70, died Sunday at the Casper Memorial Hospital. Funeral services are being held this Wednesday morning at 10:00 from the Milwaukie, Funeral Home, Milwaukie, Ore. Attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Fernau Sr. of Lusk and Dr. Robert Fernau of Riverton.

He was born October 5, 1899 to John and Christina Fernau in Kansas and came to Lusk when he was an infant with his family.

He attended schools in Lusk and was associated with his father in the Fernau Plumbing and Heating Co. here. He later moved to Greybull where he and Leona Fenton were married.

In 1941 they moved to Portland, Ore., where he was employed as an electrical designer. He retired a year ago due to ill health and has been visiting his family in Riverton and Lusk.

His wife died in 1962.

Survivors include four brothers, Harry and Walter of Lusk; Dale of Crawford Neb.; and Dr. Robert of Riverton; two sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Bartlett of Arvada, Colo.; and Mrs. Betty Morgan of Lusk.
