Mrs. Ray Larson Dies Monday; Services Wed.

Mrs. Raymond A. Larson, 67, died of a heart condition at the Larson ranch home some 43 miles northeast of Lusk early Monday morning. Funeral services were held from the Peet Chapel in Lusk Wednesday afternoon. She had been a resident of this area for 64 years.

The Rev. James Davis of the Lusk Congregational Church officiated at the services. Dan Christian sang "In The Garden" and Mrs. Emerson Bonner and Mrs. Hobart Cockerham sang "Beyond The Sunset" and "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere."   Mrs. A. F. DeCastro was organist.

Active casket bearers were Mason Miller, Gail Henry, Alfred Taylor, William Hales, Russell Christensen, Hank Montgomery. Honorary casket bearers were: C. E. Marvin, Everett Bird, J. L. Henry, Don Taylor, Otto Vondra, Fred Hanson, Albert DeGering, Ray DeGering, C. A. David, Maurice Keel, Ed Cook, Sr.

Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.

Grace Catherine Zink was born to Mr. and Mrs. Orin Zink in Sheffield, Ill., December 3, 1897. She attended school in Sheffield until 1911 when she moved to Van Tassell with her parents. She continued her education there. In 1921 she and Mr. Larson were married and moved to his homestead 43 miles northeast of Lusk. It was on this ranch she spent her life.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Loren Walker of Harrison and Mrs. Betty Pfister of Newcastle; one brother, George Zink of Hartington, Nebr.; her aged mother, Mrs. Bessie Fifield of Lusk, ; three grandchildren, Dale Walker and Jack and Pat Pfister.

Her father, and a son, Marvin died previously.
