Hardy A. Lee Dies in Casper; Funeral Today

Hardy A. Lee, 75, a resident of the area north of Keeline for 50 years and more recently a resident of Casper, died in the Natrona County Memorial Hospital in Casper Monday evening.

Funeral services will be held from the Peet Chapel in Lusk at 2:00 p.m. this Thursday with burial in the Jireh Cemetery. The Rev. Harold Brink of the Lusk Open Bible Church will officiate.

In addition to his widow, Della, Mr. Lee is survived by a son, Hardy B., Baton Rouge, La.; a daughter, Mrs. Wylie Blevins, Casper; four brothers, Legrand (Dick) and Clair of Lusk, Enos of Manville, Tom of Olympia, Wash.; four sisters, Mrs. Oscar Bird of Elma, Wash., Mrs. Ben Hampton of Twin Falls, Idaho, Mrs. Joe Jardine of North Highlands, Calif., Mrs. Ethel Morton of Powder River, Wyo.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.


Note:   Although the source day is April 4, 1968, and the obituary says Hardy died "last Monday evening" which would have been April 1st, the US Social Security Death Index lists his death as April 30, 1968.
