Funeral services for Dorothy Leeling, 76, were held Aug. 6, 2002, at Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Casper, with Rev. Bill Moore officiating.

Mrs. Leeling died July 25, 2002, at the Central Wyoming Hospice Home. She was born July 7, 1926, in Edgemont, S. D., to Everett and Ida (Sedgwick) Smith.

She married Roy L. Leeling on Sept. 12, 1946, in Lusk. She lived in Lusk, in Denver and Thornton, Colo., and in Casper for the past three years. She was employed by Blue Cross/Blue shield as a sales representative for a number of years, and as a beautician for a few years.

She was a member of the Methodist Church and the Delta Thela Society. She enjoyed shopping, playing bridge and talking on the phone with friends.

She is survived by a son, R. D. Leeling of Montrose, Colo.; two sisters, Marjorie Hollon of Douglas, Wyo., and Joan Harrington of Sheridan, Wyo.; two brothers, Raymond Smith of Manville, Wyo., and Earl Smith of Gillette, Wyo.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Central Wyoming Hospice Home, 319 S. Wilson, Casper, WY 82601.
