Services were held for Carl Lund, formerly of Lusk, in Sun City, Ariz. on July 28th. He was 85.
Born in Boulder, Colo., he was the manager with Mountain States Telephone Co. for 43 years. He moved to Arizona 15 years ago from Lusk.
Mr. Lund was a member of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church and had been head lay reader of the Catholic Diocese of Wyoming. He was also a past district governor of Lions Clubs in Wyoming and a member of the Mountain States Telephone Pioneers.
He is survived by his wife, Josephine; a son John of Laramie; a daughter Joan Brown of Rolling Hills Estate, Calif., five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
