Otto A. Miller
Services for Otto A. Miller, age 81, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 1990 in the Peet Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Bradley Smith officiating. Burial followed in the Lusk Cemetery.
Miller died June 2 at his home just south of Node, Wyo. He was born Dec. 16, 1908, near Lawton, Iowa, the son of Fredrich Wm. and Caroline Miller. He attended country schools near Keeline, Wyo. He served during World War II from 1942 to 1945, as an airplane mechanic in the Army Air Corp. Following his discharge, he worked as a ranch hand on ranches in the Pinedale area until his retirement in 1984. He then moved to a small acreage south of Node.
He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church. He never married.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and two brothers.
Survivors include one brother, Erich Miller of Stover, Mo.; two sisters, Hewich Heins of Torrington, and Hulda Mahnke of Casper; and numerous nieces and nephews.
