Harold Miller

Memorial services for Harold Miller, 67, of Billings, Mont., were held June 13, 2002, at St. John's Lutheran Home in Billings. Cremation has taken place.

Harold Miller died June 6, 2002, at the Deaconess Hospital in Billings.

Harold was born Feb. 19, 1935 in Keeline, the son of Harry and Minola (Grammer) Miller. He was raised in Keeline and graduated from Lusk High School in 1956. He then joined the U.S. Army, and served until June 1958.

He moved to Casper, where he worked for Empire Sand and Gravel, then moved with the company to Billings. He later worked for St. John's Lutheran Home in maintenance. He retired in 1997 after 27 years.

He enjoyed playing cards and was a history buff, studying the U. S. Presidents along with many other historic events.

He is survived by his siblings, Wyona Scott of Farmington, N.M., Charles Miller of Fremont, Neb., Leo Miller of Colorado, John Miller and Marvin Miller both of Lusk, Daniel Miller of Phoenix, Ariz., Arnold Miller of Ballantine, Mont., and Dick Miller of Worden.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Bob and Harry Miller; and a sister Caroline.

Smith Chapel of Billings was in charge of arrangements.
