Homesteader Dies

Word was received here last week of the death of William Munsinger, 78, in a Modesto, Calif., hospital April 10 following a stroke. He homesteaded north of Lance Creek many years ago and worked in the Lance Creek oil field during the early boom. The family moved from Lance Creek to Glenrock where they were for a short time and from there went to Modesto, where the couple have since made their home.

He is survived by his wife, Vera Munsinger of 1514 Spokane Avenue, Modesta, Calif. 95300. He is also survived by several sons and daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was the father of the late Lillie Brott of this community.
