He attended school in Norfolk and graduated from Parsons College, Fairfield, Iowa, with a BA in economics and business administration. He served in the Army Air Corps from 1943 to 1945.

He married Edna F. Rust on Dec. 29, 1976, in Lusk.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Ruth, and two brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Edna, of Lusk; two sons, Ken Percy and Steven Percy, both of Casper; one daughter, Kris Martin of Lusk; one brother, Richard Percy of Athens, Tenn.; one sister, Marion Schellenberg of Seattle, Wash. and four grandchildren.

For those who wish, memorials to the Niobrara County Golf Course will be appreciated by the family.
