Richard Paisley

Services for Richard (Dick) Paisley, 65, of Casper were held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22 at the Bustard Funeral Home.

Rev. Kenneth Kinner of Holy Family Anglican Church officiated with burial at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Paisley died Sept. 19 at Memorial Hospital of Natrona County following a long illness.

Born Sept. 22, 1917 at Lusk to the late Donald and Elsie Paisley, he was reared on a ranch near Node, attending schools there and graduating in Lusk.

On June 8, 1941, he married Juanita Graham at Lusk. During World War II, he served in the U S Army Air Corps and following the war in 1946 he moved to Midwest where he worked for Amoco.

Mr. Paisley was later transferred to Casper, working at the Amoco Refinery until retiring six years ago. Since his retirement, he and his wife have spent their winters in Tucson, Ariz.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Elsie Paisley.

Survivors include his widow: one daughter and son-in-law, Judi and Jack Gore of Laramie, one son D. R. (Rick) Paisley of Casper: two sisters, Donna Peterson of Torrington and Wyoma Siemsen of Lusk; one brother Garry Paisley of Reliance; two grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

Memorials may be made to the Blue Envelope Cancer Fund.
