Stace B. Peet
Stace B. Peet died in Lyons, Kan., Monday Oct. 21, 1985. He was 73.
Mr. Peet was born at Wayside, Neb., Oct. 11, 1912. He married Elsie Redding April 29, 1934, at Hot Springs, S.D. He was employed by the Continental Pipeline Company for 42 years. In 1970, they moved to Lyons, where he had been the assistant funeral director of the Doug Sillin Funeral Home for the past seven years.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie, of Lyons; a daughter Connie Neumann of Neodesha, Kan. and four grandchildren, Barbara, Staci, Karla and Jason Neumann all of Neodesha. A daughter, Carol Mae, preceded him in death in 1957.
A memoriam has been established to the camp fund of the Calvary Baptist Church in Sterling, Kan. and with the heart foundation.
Funeral services were held Oct. 23 at Sillin Funeral Home. The Rev.'s Doug Neumann and Richard Griffin officiated. Graveside services were held Oct.25 at the Lusk Cemetery.
