Service To Be Held for Mrs. Quigley Saturday

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. for Mrs. Earl (Marie) Quigley, 69, who died at the Crawford hospital this Wednesday morning.

Mrs. Quigley is survived by her husband and son Charles of Lusk and brother, Paul Zerbst of Crawford.

A complete obituary will be published in the Herald next week.

Flowers or donations to the Cancer Fund will be equally appreciated by the family.

Service Conducted For Mrs. Quigley


Funeral service was held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. for Mrs. Earl (Marie) Quigley, 69, who died July 25 at Crawford, Neb.

The Rev. Frank Bozart officiated at the service with Mrs. A. F. DeCastro, organist, accompanying Mrs. Pete Germann and Mrs. Paul Morgan as they sang "Whispering Hope" and "Rock of Ages."

Casket bearers were Dewey Baars, Dick Brashear, Jerry Jassman, Gary Ford, Harry Brown and Venus Kilmer. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.

Marie Quigley, daughter of Paul and Sophie Settgast Zerbst, was born October 16, 1903, at Harrison, Neb. She attended school in Harrison and moved to the area south of Keeline in 1935. She married Earl Quigley September 26, 1940, at Chadron and lived on ranches near Lusk since that time.

Mrs. Quigley is survived by her husband, and son Charles of Lusk and brother, Paul Zerbst of Crawford. Her parents and one brother died previously.
