Terry Ray Butler

Services for Terry Ray Butler, 49, were held July 13, 2002 at First Southern Baptist Church in Lake Havasu City Arizona, with Rev. James Maynard officiating.

Terry Butler died July 4, 2002, at his home in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.

He was born Sept. 7, 1952, in Lusk, the son of Bernard L. Bolinger and Burnice M. Penfield. He moved from Wyoming to Arizona 18 years ago.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Rhonda "Roni" Butler of Lake Havasu; son Jason Butler, and daughters Shannon Tinnin, Tami Graybill, all of Wyoming; daughters Mary Angelina "Annie" Butler and Chanel L. Butler, both of Lake Havasu; brothers Hayden Butler of Texas, and Rick Bolinger of Wyoming; grandmother Reba Penfield of Wyoming and five grandchildren.

Arrangements were made by Leitz-Fraze Funeral Home.
