Paul Stoner Dies On Sunday

Paul Stoner, 63, of the Prairie Center community died Sunday after being a patient in the Torrington Hospital for the past three months. Funeral services were conducted from the Colyer Funeral Chapel in Torrington this Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Ronald Sims of All Saints Episcopal Church officiated. Burial was in the Douglas Cemetery with graveside services at 5:00 p.m.

Casket bearers were Gerald Sturman, Ed Baldwin, Ronald Podolak, Billy DesEnfants, Wendell Grapes and Darrel Benshoof.

Most of his younger life was spent in the Douglas and Orin area. He lived in Keeline before moving to Prairie Center five years ago.

Survivors include his widow, Florence of Prairie Center; two son, Tom of Reno Junction, Wyo. and Harry of Prairie Center; five grandchildren, two sisters and one brother.
