Angela Dawn Zimmerman

Angela Dawn Zimmerman, 18, died Saturday, May 20, 1995 at West Park Hospital in Cody of injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident approximately 2 miles east of Cody.

She was born September 9, 1976 in Ainsworth, NE, the daughter of Bradley D. and Esther Castor Zimmerman. She moved with her family to Lusk, WY as a small child and attended the Lusk schools until the 9th grade when she moved to Byron where she attended high school at Rocky Mountain High School, graduating in 1994. She was a very active outdoors person and especially enjoyed working with and riding horses. She was also very active in school sports and activities, basketball being her favorite sport. Her favorite animal was the Unicorn. She loved her pick-up truck and enjoyed driving it. She recently moved to Cody where she was employed at Wytex. She is survived by her mother, Esther Castor of Powell, one brother, Trevor L. Zimmerman of Las Vegas, Nev., her father, Bradley also of Las Vegas, one sister, Traci Ommen of Powell, her maternal grandmother, Lola Castor of North Platte, NE, her paternal grandparents, Darlene and Denny Gulley of Lusk and Harold Zimmerman of Texas, and many uncles and aunts and cousins.

Cremation has taken place and memorial service was held Thursday, May 25, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. in the Byron City Park. An additional memorial service was held Sunday, May 28, 1995 in Lusk.

Memorials to the family at Box 545, Lusk or to the Elks Lodge #1797 or Does Drove #64 Lusk would be appreciated by the family. Haskell Funeral Home of Lovell is in charge of arrangements.
