Frances Louise Bonsell

Francis Bonsell, age 97, died in Mesa, Ariz., on Nov. 30, 1994. Memorial services will be held at the Congregational Church in Lusk on Dec. 10, at 2 p.m.

Frances Louise Peake Bonsell was born in Grand Junction, Colo., on Aug. 16, 1897, and died in Mesa, Ariz., Nov. 30, 1994.

Frances grew up in Denver, Colo., and attended Denver University. In 1917, she went to Wyoming to teach school at the Magoon school north of Lusk. While there, she met William H. Bonsell III who she married on Oct. 13, 1918. She bore two sons, Donald S. and Roger W. and two daughters Miriam A. and EvaLou. They lived on the OW Ranch north of Lusk. Later she moved into Lusk and lived on Barrett Blvd. She moved to California in 1982 and then to Mesa, Ariz.

She was a member of the Congregational Church in Lusk and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution as well as other clubs in the area.

She is survived by two children, Roger William of Lusk, and EvaLou (Bonnie) Paris of Mesa, Ariz., 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
