Charles Bennett Dies in Colorado

Charles R. Bennett, 42, of Westminster, Colo., died recently at a Denver hospital.

Funeral services were held at the First Southern Baptist Church in Westminster and later at Bethel Baptist Church in Scottsbluff. Burial was in the Mitchell Cemetery.

Mr. Bennett was born July 13, 1931, in Sioux County and grew up in Mitchell. He retired from the Navy in July 1970, and then became an accountant in Denver.

He was a member of Yokuska Masonic Lodge of Yokuska, Japan, and had been attending Lowery Masonic Lodge of Denver.

Survivors include his widow Donna; daughters Cindy and Sheryn, both at home; sister Mrs. Della Loghery of Casper, Wyo. and mother, Mrs. Florence Bennett of Riverton, Wyo.
