Marvin Wilson Dies in Casper

Funeral Services for Marvin Wilson, 69, former Lusk resident who died suddenly in Casper Saturday evening were held at the Peet Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday. The Eagles Lodge of Casper were in charge of the service with Mrs. J.P. Watson as organist. Pallbearers were: Rulo Roberts, A. F. DeCastro, Chester Flick, Albert Ruffing, Albert Penn and Allen Sheridan. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.

Mr. Wilson homesteaded north of Lusk in 1912 and lived in and around Lusk until 1938 when he moved his family to Casper. He is survived by his wife, Laura and seven children, Marvin Jr., Bill and Mrs. Rosemary Anderson, Casper; Mrs. Lois Adams and Nancy Wilson, Denver; Howard, Oklahoma City, Oka.; and Sister Lawrence of Rapid City.
