Funeral services were held in the Manville Church, on Monday, December 16, with Rev. George E. Platt of the Episcopal Church of Lusk officiating.

The body had been prepared for burial in Casper, but interment was in charge of the Midwest Mortuary of Lusk. Burial was delayed until 2:30 Tuesday afternoon, awaiting the arrival of a sister, Mrs. Eldon Burkett of Bear Creek, Colorado.
