Former Niobrara Man Dies In Nebr.

Charley Ermer, 64, a former resident of Niobrara County, died in O'Neill Nebr., Saturday after suffering a heart attack while digging a post hole.

Mr. Ermer homesteaded 22 miles north of Lusk during the years from 1910 to 1915.

Immediately following the attack, Ermer, who lives on a farm between Chambers and O'Neill, was taken to an O'Neill hospital where he died 30 minutes after arriving there.
