Mrs. Joe Kane Dies Monday

Note: The birthday given was taken from the Lusk Cemetery records, and do not match the age of Mrs. Kane given in her obituary.

Mrs. Joe Kane, 48, of the Cheyenne River Community died of cancer in the Hot Springs hospital Monday. She had been in the hospital for almost a month.

Funeral services will be held in St. James Catholic Church in Edgemont at 10:00 a.m. Friday. Graveside services will be held at the Lusk Cemetery at about 12:45 p.m.

She is survived by her husband; seven sons, Jerome, Gary, William, Gene, Richard, Charles and Mike; and several brothers and sisters.
