Mother of W. D. Wasserburger Dies

Note: Helen's maiden name has been spelled in family obituaries as Gayheart, Gayhart, and Garhart.

W. D. Wasserburger's mother, Mrs. Jacob J. Wasserburger, one of the early settler of Sioux County, died Aug. 27 at the home of her daaghter at Ardmore, S D.

Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Wasserburger of Lusk drove to Crawford, Nebr. Thursday evening for the Rosary services. Friday morning, Mr. and Mrs. Wasserburger went on to Ardmore for the funeral services, which were held at the Ardmore Catholic church. Burial was made in the Montrose cemetery. Other relatives from this county attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kuhn, Pamela, Sybil and Melonie, Miss Beth Wasserburger, Kenneth, Jim and Ralph Wasserburger all of Lusk, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Wasserburger of Lance Creek.

Mrs. Wasserburger was preceded in death by her husband in 1944.
