E. J. Foley Dies in Lusk Saturday

Edward James Foley, 83, of Anselmo, Nebr., and more recently of Lusk, died Saturday from a chronic ailment at his home in Lusk. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. from St. Leo's Catholic Church with Father M. J. McBriden officiating. Burial was made in the Lusk Cemetery.

Casket bearers were L. V. Lindley, Cecil Jarquot, John Brainard, David Christen, Tom Maroney of Anselmo and Jess Updike, Cody, Nebr.

Rosary services were held Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. from Peet Chapel.

Edward Foley lived 55 years in Anselmo where he was a banker. He retired from active banking ten years ago. He and his wife have spent the past several winters in Lusk.

Survivors include his wife, two sons, E. J. of Lusk and Elmer of Hamilton Dome, Wyo., one daughter Mrs. Ralph Hanson, Lusk; two brothers and one sister. One son previously died.
