Shirley Lee Margheim was born October 15, 1935 in Torrington, WY. She died July 15, 2015 at Wakonda Heritage Manor in Wakonda, SD.
Shirley was born to Art and Eileen Shields and grew up as the beloved only child on her parents' farm near Torrington. She completed all of her schooling in the Huntley, Wyoming school district, graduating as valedictorian in 1953.
