Mabel A. (Frazier) Brashear

GERING-A funeral for Mabel Brashear, 92, of 61 Woodley Park Road, Gering, who died Saturday in a Crawford nursing home, will be at 3 p.m. today in Boley-Dennis Gering Memorial Chapel with the Rev. James K.Irwin officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at Scottsbluff.

She was born May 30, 1886, at Roggen Colo., and moved often during her childhood. She and her husband farmed in the Scottsbluff area for many years. She moved to Crawford and worked for the telephone company in the '40's. She moved back to Crawford in 1977.

She was s member of Order of Eastern Star and was a charter member of Haig Sunshine Club.

Survivors include her son, Richard of Lusk, Wyo.; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
