Clyde C. Stallman

Memorial services for Clyde C. Stallman, 57, were held Saturday, Apr. 3 at the Lusk Cemetery with Rev. Mark Lohr officiating.

Stallman who died Tuesday, Mar. 31 at the VA Hospital in Hot Springs, S.D., was born Apr. 29, 1928 in Manville. He was the son of Barnie and Hattie Stallman.

After attending Stallman country Grade School and Manville High School, he worked in oil field before serving in the army from 1950 to 1952. Upon his discharge, he returned to Lusk and continued working in the oil industry.

Stallman also spent 15 years working the oil fields at Kimball, NE. He married Jacqueline Dunning on July 19, 1973 in Newcastle. He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline, and his mother Hattie Stallman, both of Lusk, one daughter, Bonnie Scott of Rock Springs, WY., one son, Lloyd Stallman of Rawlins, WY, two step-daughters, Judith Cook of Greeley, Co and Marie Rudloff of Chadron, NE, two step-sons, James D. Wold of Greeley, CO, and Staff Sgt. Michael Wold of Ft. Benning, GA.

Other survivors are four brothers, Dale Stallman of Sheridan, WY, John and Willis Stallman both of Manville, and James Stallman of Lusk, one sister, Anna Anderson of Riverton, WY, three grandchildren and 10 step-grandchildren, plus numerous other relatives and friends.
