The infant son of Sgt. and Mrs. Earl J. Schofield of Cheyenne died Aug. 23 at Warren air base hospital after living only one day.

Graveside services were conducted at Warren air base cemetery Saturday morning at 10 a.m. for the infant who was named Robert Earl.

Mrs. Schofield is the former Delores Gladson, daughter of Mrs. Mary Gladson of Lusk, the maternal grandmother. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schofield.

Upon receiving word of the infant's death, Mrs. Mary Gladson and son, Douglas, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Gladson and family drove to Cheyenne to be with the Schofields.
